Return & Replacement Policy

At Lecsudo Style, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement only for products that are received in any of the following conditions:

- Damaged product
- Defective manufacturing
- Wrong item received
- Parcel received in damaged condition

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

- Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you receive and open the parcel.
- Ensure the video clearly shows the sealed package, the opening process, and the product condition.
- Share the unboxing video with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

No replacement request will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If your claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped to you. Refunds to the original payment method or bank account are not provided.

3. Size Exchange Policy

We do not provide exchanges or replacements due to incorrect size selection.

Customers are requested to carefully check the Size Chart available on the product page before placing an order.

Orders placed with the wrong size selected by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.

4. Conditions for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The original tags or packaging are missing.
- A valid unboxing video is not provided.

5. Quality Verification

Once we receive your request, our quality team will verify the submitted video and product details. If the claim is found genuine and meets our policy, a replacement will be processed.

6. Contact Support

For any replacement request, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery and share:

- Order ID
- Unboxing video
- Photos of the product (if required)
